NextGen / 3DSAFETY-FOCUSED PRINTINGPractical thinking.
Physical possibilities.
We’re bringing a maker’s mindset to safety-related products—exploring useful ideas for the workplace, the training room, and the everyday details in between.
Start with what the item needs to do, where it will be used, its dimensions, and the conditions it may encounter.
Develop a concept and consider the printing approach and material. Confirm any requirements that need further review.
Produce a sample, review its fit and usability, and refine the design before deciding whether it is ready for an intended use.
Set a clear scope, specifications, limitations, price, and lead time before offering a product. Ordering is not open yet.
We are evaluating filament options, including PLA and PETG, as we develop our first concepts. No production material range or performance specification has been finalized.
| Consideration | What we need to establish |
|---|---|
| Environment | Indoor or outdoor placement, temperature, sunlight, moisture, and any chemicals the item may encounter. |
| Function | Required fit, loading, repeated use, flexibility, and how a failure could affect the user. |
| Finish & maintenance | Readability, surface expectations, cleaning needs, and when an item should be replaced. |
| Evidence | Supplier data and testing relevant to the exact design and intended use, rather than assumptions based on a material name. |

These are development concepts, not tested or available safety products. We are not offering PPE, protective guards, load-bearing parts, or other safety-critical components through this site. Suitability and any applicable requirements must be established before a product is offered.
This site represents the planned safety-related printing range under NextGen Safety Solutions. Chris and Alyssa McKinley are building the company together.
Alyssa is also developing a separate business for other 3D printed items. Its name, range, and dedicated website will be introduced separately, giving that business a creative identity of its own.
